LAND RATES
Land rates are per person, double occupancy, unless otherwise noted.
The land price includes those land-based items delineated as included in the package itineraryand does not include any other items such as air travel, airline fees, airport or departure taxes, transfers, visas, customary end of trip gratuities for your tour manager, driver, local guides, hotel housekeepers, cruise ship waitstaff, and any incidental charges.

PACKAGE RATES (Land and Air)
Package rates are per person, double occupancy accommodation plus the flight ticket. The package price includes those land-based items and air travel and does not include any transfers, visas, customary end of trip gratuities for your tour manager, driver, local guides, hotel housekeepers, cruise ship waitstaff, and any incidental charges.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Your trip will be confirmed after receipt of a non-refundable deposit as detailed in the Summary.
Booking and Cancelation Terms table.
Deposit per person due on booking $300 – Non-Refundable. No additional deposit required.
Deposit per person due on booking $500 – Non-Refundable for cruise ONLY.
Final payment due (before trip start date) 60 days in accordance with guided vacation.
Air-inclusive bookings may require an additional non-refundable deposit or payment in full at the time of booking.
Should you decide to purchase our per-person Travel Protection Plan, you must do so at the time of booking.

CANCELATION TERMS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations:
90 days and over Nonrefundable deposit will be retained
89 – 60 days 30% of land plus airline charge if package
59 – 21 days 40% of land plus airline charge if package
20 – 08 days 50% of land plus airline charge if package
07 – 01 days 90% of land plus airline charge if package
Departure Day/No show 100% of land and airline

CANCELATION BY TRAVELER

Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be canceled at any time must be by written notice by the person who made the booking. If notice of cancelation is received by United Travel Deals before final payment is due, the deposit will be retained. If cancelation is made after final payment is due cancelation fees will apply.

CANCELATION BY UNITED TRAVEL DEALS

United Travel Deals reserves the right, to modify or cancel any trip, accommodation, in-destination activities, or arrangement at any time. Travel Protection Plan are non-refundable. Traveler notification of cancellation request will only take effect once it is received in writing during business days and hours.

BOOKING CHANGES
Name Changes: United Travel Deals accept name change for land part and penalty will apply for the air. A change of trip date or itinerary by the traveler after final payment is due of departure date will be treated as a cancelation.

CANCELATION DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY
If full payment is not received by the due date United Travel Deals has the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be made . United Travel Deals will not be responsible for lost reservations.

FLIGHT RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELATIONS

RESERVATIONS/ TICKETING

Air-inclusive bookings and some intra-trip flights require an additional non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required for your airfare at the time of booking. On receipt of full air payment your airfare, taxes and fuel surcharges are final. Changes to flight itineraries and name changes and/or corrections may either not be allowed or may result in penalties charged by the airline. These are the guest’s responsibility along with the
fees charged as described above.

AIR CHANGES OR CANCELATION

After deposit has been received any changes, including cancelations incur a service fee, plus any airline penalties. Airline imposed penalties may be up
to 100% of the air ticket price. Not showing up for your outbound flight as booked and ticketed will be considered a no-show, and all the connecting flights associated with this one, even a return flight will be canceled, and no refund will apply.

DISPUTES/CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree that you will only bring claims against United Travel Deals in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. United Travel Deals shall not, in any case, be liable for other than compensatory damages, and your payment of a deposit on a tour means that you agree to these conditions of sale and expressly waive any right to punitive damages.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information in our website or communicated by our reservation staff, errors or omissions are possible and United Travel Deals is not responsible for such error. If a mistake is made in billing, we reserve the right to correct the invoice and you will be responsible for proper payment.

COVID-19 Rules
Please check the official websites of Immigration and health agencies of your country and of the countries of destination and stopover, as well as the requirements of the airlines.
The PCR if requested or any related costs will be entirely the customer’s responsibility and shall not be cause for a refund if positive case. If the traveler during the tour present any symptoms related to COVID, any additional expenses will be on the customers responsibility and must subsequently be claimed from the traveler’s insurance company. Please ask about the Travel Protection Plan.
