Christian Holy Land Tour

Upon arrival in Tel Aviv, meet and greet by your guide for the Holy Land pilgrimage then proceed to Tiberias. Check into our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight (D)

Breakfast. Continue to the Jordan River to renew our baptismal vows we visit Capernaum Orthodox Church where Jesus began his Galilean ministry, visiting the synagogue which dates to the time of Jesus and the site of Peter's home. Our visit continues to the Mt. of Beatitudes to gain a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee. We will visit Tabgha where it is believed that Jesus fed the crowd of 5,000. We enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Back to our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Breakfast. We make our way to Cana, site of Jesus' first miracle at the wedding feast. Proceed to Nazareth where we visit Coptic Orthodox Annunciation Church then continue to St. Joseph's Workshop and Mary's Well. Drive to Jerusalem for check in, dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Breakfast. We begin with a ride to the Mt. of Olives, where we gain a panoramic view of the old City of Jerusalem. We visit the place of the Ascension, Pater Noster (commemorating the "Our Father"), Dominus Flevit, (where Jesus wept over Jerusalem), and the Church of All Nations in the Garden of Gethsemane and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary. In the afternoon we drive to Mt. Zion to visit the Church of the Dormition of Our Lady, and the Upper Room, commemorating the Last Supper, and the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu. Pool of  Silwan (if time permits). Back to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight (B,L,D)

Breakfast & check out. In the morning, we drive to Ein Karem, to visit the Church of St. John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation. We then drive to one of the oldest churches in the world, where it all began, The Church of The Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. Next you will visit Mary Coptic Orthodox Church & Convent- Milk Grotto this is the site where it is believed that Mary and Joseph took Jesus for refuge from King Herod, before fleeing across the holy land to Egypt. Our final visit for the day is the Orthodox Church at The Shepherd's Fields believed to be the location where the Shepherds sited the Star of Nativity before venturing to visit Jesus. Back to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Breakfast & check out. We visit Bethany, site of the resurrection of Lazarus and then enter the old city from Dung Gate, where we view the Western Wall and the El Aksa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. Thereafter, we begin to walk the Via Dolorosa, the Way of the Cross, starting at the St. Anne's Church - Pool of Bethesda and ending at Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Today we also visit the Coptic Patriarchate of Jerusalem. Back to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Today, we tour the City of Nablus visiting Jacobs well, Mount of Gerzim and the ruins of Sebastiathen. We drive to Jericho we ride up the Mount of Temptation in a cable car we see also the traditional Zaccheus Tree. We will also have the opportunity for an optional swim at the Dead Sea (bring your swimsuit). Back to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Finally, we arrive in Jaffa (Joppa) the place where Peter lodged with Simon the Tanner, and during his stay-through the power of the Holy Spirit-Peter raised Tabitha from the dead, we also visit the church of Saint George, Lod. Drive to Tel Aviv for check in, dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

After breakfast. departure transfer to Ben Gurion airport for your flight home, your heart and mind filled with fond memories of The Holy Land.
